Area felt safe and quiet. Room was clean. The only problem was the air conditioner didn’t cool.

This is a motel. An old-fashioned pull your car right to the front door one story motel, but with that said it was one of the nearest and cleanest I've ever stayed at the Ritz. It's not, but it is clean, comfortable lodging at a reasonable price.

Stay here! This is probably the best motel I've ever stayed at. Especially for the price we couldn't believe how clean and comfortable the room was. The bed was very nice as were the sheets, the bathroom was spotless and we were supplied with everything we need. Everything is nicely decorated and modern, the man working in the office was incredibly nice and even gave us some information on the town. The motel was quiet, couldn't hear any neighbours which was nice. 10/10, will only be staying here when we're in the area.

I got charged $100.00 when the deal was $70.00
Who keep $30.00 difference?
Can someone explain the different rate?

Walls are a bit thin. Heard neighbors all night. Beds comfortable. Good place to stay in this area.
