The room was adequate and new enough I would have thought better. Toilet seat was broken, empty shampoo and body wash, junk under the chair. The elevator was broken leaving only one at the other end and it was always occupied. The worst was the dogs. Three small barking dogs and super long leash in the hall. Several big dogs downstairs. Not worth the $400 I spent.

The receptionist was the most polite front desk clerk at any hotel I have stayed at. Thank you for the great experience.

We were shocked to be woken up before 4am by a horrible racket with the ice machine. When we inquired about it the guy apologized and said he had to work on it before the breakfast wish!!! I was traveling with my 90 year old mom, my 65 year old sister and an 8 year old. This was not acceptable and it would be nice if a refund was issued. It was very unprofessional and we had been on the road over 11 hours and still had 6 more to go and we needed sleep.

The only thing we liked was the young lady who was at the front desk checking us in on Wednesday. From there on it was HELL!! We were moved from our room, as we had no hair dryer, no internet, etc.. The second room was a little better, but not stellar, as we heard the air conditioner go on and off all night. One of the three containers in the bathroom (soap) was on the ground (needs fixing). Limited towels. On thursday we had breakfast at 8:30 and the place looked like a dump with trash; the tables were dirty, etc.. On Thursday our room was not cleaned at all, as it was not cleaned at all for the three day periiod. We had no hair dryer which was supposed to be delivered Wednesday, but it was in our bathroom Thursday evening, but the room remained dirty and not cleaned ever. The one breakfast that we tried was horrendous to say the least. My wife had an orange as that was all she could bare. The coffee was ok, but that was it. We did not eat on Friday morning. This was our WORST ever stay at a hotel. There was plenty of staff as we saw that they were all in the dining area, the entire time we had the Thursday breakfast. The pictures online are deceiving. We will never, ever use that hotel again. We feel for your clients!!

Close to interstate I-25, lots of dining options nearby. A minor deficiency- there was no body lotion provided and also, the body soap was empty. Otherwise , this was a good place to stay with good breakfast.

Stayed here before and the view of the mountains was wonderful now it is gone. Breakfast was fair, not enough for the number people saying there. Cleanliness was fair, only one elevator worked, so not as nice as before. Will check back again but may not stay there. It is convient to the things we wanted to do

It's always something when I stay here. This time the elevator is out and the hot tub is broken. The front desk staff is very friendly.
