Pet friendly. Free Breakfast. Had Good selection of food. Short drive to the lake areas. Only negative Bring ear plugs. Train blows horn a lot at 4am and some traffic noise. we were on 4th floor.

We stayed for two nights. First night there the shower would not drain, or rather would drain extremely slowly...taking a shower with @4-5" of dirty water. I informed the front desk the next morning. Said it would be taken care of...it was not! Was disgusting trying to shower. And on top of that, housekeeping did not knock or come by our room, exacerbating the situation. We did not place the placard saying 'do not clean'. Not sure what happened. There was no follow-up by staff in the subsequent @24-30 hours that we were still there. We have stayed at countless IHG properties and have always been pleased, or satisfied at the least. This was not what happened this visit.
