Both front desk clerks (Dave and I can't remember her name) were both very friendly and professional. They made our daughter's stay very enjoyable. We appreciated the security procedures of your hotel.

Dirty
Posted 16 Oct 2023 on HotelsI recently stayed there and there was many issues such as checking in to a room with another person already in it, dirt (left over dog food) and hair in the beds we were given, bugs crawling out of outlets, dirty towels rehung when we arrived. I would have expected a clean room and didn't even get that.

DISGUSTING
Posted 16 Oct 2023 on HotelsFirst room was not clean asked to be switched second room smelt terrible like pet urine, floor was so sticky, had to go buy my own cleaning g products to feel comfortable. TheN found 3 roaches in the bed!

Used Room
Posted 8 Oct 2023 on HotelsOnce we arrived and got checked in, we were given a room that had not been cleaned after it's last use. It was the first time this has ever happened for me at a hotel. We were trying to get to a concert on time and this created such a delay that we were not able to get dinner before the show. The internet did not work (presumably because the wi-fi password was linked to the first room). There also was not any shampoo or conditioner.
