Paper cups to make tea and in the bathroom. The property is old and with a small fridge and plastic cups/ beakers (tea O water) it would be three star hotel. I repeat the staff were friendly and hotel was clean which is GOOD.

Very friendly and helpful staff.we werw hungry on the evening we arrived and it suited to eat in the hotel.the food wasnt great

A well located hotel with free parking very close. The staff were all very helpful and spoke good English. The hotel was well presented and the bedroom was spacious and serviced every day. The only negative we had was the time of breakfast, 7am until 9am. However, there were plenty of cafes and bars nearby.

I booked through hotel.com for double bed room i went to check in they told me there no name been booked on your name after few minutes conversation they said yer we have your booking i got my key and when i got in the room they gave me a staff room i it was single bed and ful.of dust i went to asked them. This is wht i booked they said sorry we dont have any rooms if you want you can find another hotel and i couldn't sleep whole noght because of noice from upstairs toilet flash and noise from restaurants the room number was 223 i ll not stay in this hotel anymore

Great size room, clean and convenient by city bus

The room was nice and large, bathroom was marble and also a great size incl. bidet. Location was great. Located on the other side of the bridge across from Hotel Alba . We had a great view of the mountains and the river. Hotel is an easy 15 min casual walk to the Basilica, 20/25 to the central business area. No air con, but had a large window that you could keep open. wifi was reliable. Only qualm was the breakfast. It was the only hotel that included breakfast and by the time we arrived at 9:00 AM, most of the items were gone. Had to request for replenishment but only a bare minimum. Ended up drinking tea and eating a croissant. 2 of 3 reception folk odd. Lady with ponytail super friendly.

Great value

Big clean quiet room with comfortable bed and excellent shower. Within walking distance to all the activities related to the Lourdes grotto. On leaving, the receptionist told me I should be paying 20 Euros for parking and brekky as the website had incorrect information. I explained that I had chosen the hotel because it had free breakfast and free parking. I had already paid online and had no intention of paying more. She understood reluctantly and was very pleasant.
