I picked this property solely on the basis that they had a heated outdoor pool. There was no communication in advance but when I arrived the pool was out of action for all 4 days of my stay and it was never mentioned when I checked in. Thoroughly unacceptable and I am going to request a refund

The view from the hotel was breathtaking. Very calm and serene atmosphere, I expected the rooms to be a little bigger, but I guess the architecture is different everywhere.

Nothing was unique except the desire to profit from a change in itinerary. We call Expedia on time to cancel the second day stay due to previous conflict. The hotel insisted that Expedia never called. We arrived the agreed upon first day at 2:35 pm and informed of our predicament. We staid that night, and had to pay for the 2nd night because "their" policy required us to pay for all the days initially reserved. BE CAREFUL!
