Staff on the front desk when entering the propert was terrible!! She was so rude and abrupt! Not we coming nothing, wasn’t a pleasant stay at all!

No entry issues

Our flight was delayed 4 hours. When we arrived late,reception was closed.We had to stay in a nearby hotel for one night, cost 100 Euros. If they could have sent a text with door entry codes etc, that could have been avoided. A contact number is essential. This apart, we have stayed here twice,and rate it highly,and would stay there again.

The location was perfect for us because it is very close to the train station. The person that checked us in was not corteous nor helpful. The other employee at the front desk was however always helpful. The room was not very clean and housekeeping is not provided during the stay. It needs updating.

Great value, good location, unpretentious

We had a wonderful stay - very clean and comfortable, on the quiet side of town but a short walk to main streets. Everything was as we had hoped.

Lourdes stay

Just what we wanted. Room good size, everything you need was there, my only mention was the pillow was like wafer thin, i asked for more pillows and got them no problem. It is modern well maintained. 9 Euros for Cont breakfast. I would certainly stay there again.Handy for the train station.

Hotel with no amenities at all!

Next to clean! Aweful! For 4 days& 3 nights-1 tiny soap, 1packet of shampoo( barely nothing) 1 thin towel and heater didn’t heat quite right. Bed was not the regular twin( mattress type) no hair dryer. Front desk limited hours. At least three people were outside the door sleeping-like homeless people-was scary to see going back to hotel at night. Not coming back!
