Mua really helped with everything that you need and really my made my stay so much better. The bed is one of the most comfortable bed you'll ever sleep on! Close to the action (the lake is just steps away) but on a quiet side street, conveniently located between the town center and the always-interesting Sapa Market. The morning breakfast buffet had plenty of tasty offerings, and the folks at the front desk went above and beyond to help with logistics, recommendations, tours, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!"
