4/10 Poor

"I stayed here in January and loved it came back with my family and the experience was very poor The staff don't have a clue how to do their jobs the receptionist refused to let us check in because my girlfriends mother didn't have photo I'd she had paper I'd but the receptionist was useless eventually we got help from a different receptionist who sorted the situation every morning for breakfast we got told we couldn't have a table for 5 even though we had a table for 5 every day i had to physically set the table myself the staff were useless on the first evening we ate in the restaurant and got told there was a bit of a wait because they were so busy there was only 30 customers I counted and 8 staff waiting tables after we ordered we got bread and nothing appeared for over a hour we got no amuse bouche the entire experience has ruined the hotel Most of the staff just saying hello without any training whatsoever I will not be back So disappointed"

"Its located up a hill where its not as busy and quieter compared to places nearer to town. Our room has a great view. Our room was spacious with a balcony. The added touch of daily bottled water and 2 soft drinks was pleasantly unexpected. I would recommend this place if you want peace and quiet without the traffic"

"great hotel. Luxury level but affordable. Staff excellent knowledgeable and friendly. Gym and swimming pool very good. Buffet breakfast excellent. 10 minute walk to central Sapa village Great service from Ly at front desk. 5 star service from Chris at front desk not only while we were in Sapa but also pre travel while in Canada providing excellent knowledge for transfers and tours."
