The hotel is a work of art. It is visually stunning, from the time you enter the lobby to the rooms. The pool was amazing and a great place to relax after a day exploring Sapa. The location was perfect as it is within walking distance to Cat Cat Village, endless restaurants and right next door to the Sapa Train Station for quick access to the Muong Hoa Monorail to Sun World Fansipan Legend and the cable car to Fansipan Mountain. All in all a very lovely hotel.

It was a beautiful property. We received hot chocolate when checking in. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was comfy. The pool was lovely and a great amentity if travelling with kids. Unfortunately, the kids room was closed when we were there so we never got a chance to use it.
