Smoking smell all day and noise from upper room is so anoying all night.

I love that its close to shoppinh centers and restaurants. Its a nice quite area and has nice employee and management.

There was trash in the stairwell the 2 days I stayed. Also had trouble with the TV service. Was not able to talk to staff as I work 3rd shift but I googled it and fixed it myself.

Ms Amy was very welcoming. Do keep in mind people that stay there typically are staying there cause they are working out of town like myself so if you’re 3rd shift I would not recommend the 1st floor. Ms Amy will so ahh be ice and beyond to make sure you’re accommodated.

The bed was very uncomfortable, my back is in bad shape could not get comfortable at all. Besides that though I love that it's the only hotel in Louisville where you can smoke and you don't have to have a deposit to stay here. Definitely the best hotel to stay at for the low price

While the hotel and staff were absolutely amazing and clean. The clientele left a lot to be desiered alot of drug interaction
