The location is great when attending Abbey Road on the River at Big 4 Station. It is within walking distance and the hotel has a nice selection of restaurants within walking distance.

The room and the staff were lovely. I was disappointed that the club room was not open. The best thing was the Gilcrest and Soames bath amenities. SO LOVELY. Lovely view of two bridges and sunrise from the room.

While a bit dated the hotel made up for in convenient location and cleanliness and friendly staff.

I stayed there for the pool. Called ahead to make sure pool was open, they said it Wad. Arrived to find closedwas

What i did like that everything was near me i didn't have to drive much What i didn't like our room didn't have a fridge the ice machine didn't work. Our room only had one towel no garbage bags the room looked like they hurried up and clean it and forgot to replace the stuff for the price i paid i expected a way better room
