Great staff all around! Easy check in, gave great recommendations for dinner, perfect sized room, clean and smelled great!

We had a nice night stay at this property. Our room was clean and quiet. The staff was personable. Breakfast was okay- your standard buffet. I would have preferred some healthy options.

This was the worst stay in my 29 years of being alive. The front desk was higher than a kite and absolutely zero help to anyone. They couldn’t figure out how to run my card and claimed it was locked when it wasn’t. Then they claimed they had troubles with my checkout when there was no problems. The toilet seat didn’t even fit the toilet. Shampoo and body wash was already used and empty in the room. Claimed no smoking but the first floor smelled disgustingly like cigarettes. I would not recommend a la Quinta inn to anyone.

Property had a moldy swimming pool outlets did not work. Staff was not happy with the working conditions.

I booked three rooms for a work trip. On the first night, a colleague discovered trash in her bed and had a housekeeper come in uninvited and unannounced while she was napping. The front desk was not surprised. Meanwhile, another colleague and I were across the hall when the police broke into another room. We contemplated leaving but did not have good options. Other problems were less serious but spoke to general dysfunction at the management level. At one point the hotel was completely out of cups and the first several days they were missing other basic items. For example, for several days customers were leaving their toast on the breakfast counter because there was nothing to put on it. One day, the eggs were brown. Another day the juice was rancid. There were clearly some employees who cared but they seemed overwhelmed because nobody was supporting them in doing their jobs. For example, one night the front desk told the man in front of me that she could only give him one room key because the hotel was almost out of key cards. He was kind but horrified because she had just checked him into two rooms. If these employees had other options, I doubt they would stay for much longer

About the breakfast situation in the administration department, yes we were aware of the missing items, unfortunately it was something that was only on our part, if not with our supplier, we tried to give it a solution as soon as possible and although we tried to bring the pending items, they were sold out immediately. We are working to improve all these situations, and we hope to give you a better impression on your next stay.

The hotel is nice. However, our room didn't have shampoo and conditioner and there wasn't any replacement coffee on the second day.
