Some of the staff was unhelpful. Parking was charged without a car. Fire alarm went off early.

The set up was nice. I loved that it was downtown with many restaurants. I didn’t like it being near the hospital, sirens all the time. It did not serve free breakfast, my room wasn't clean. The bathroom was not clean. The staff was nice

The property was good value for money. The 2nd floor patio is a nice feature that we enjoyed. The staff at the front desk the evening we checked in was so friendly and helpful.
