First set of keys were not keyed to entrance. Our room was open when we approached. The air conditioner was non functioning and the room was extremely hot. We had to move to another room.The mattress was very saggy. The floor lamp had to be plugged in and unplugged to use as the floor switch did not work. All in all this hotel could use some upgrades.but served the purpose of an overnight stay.

This property is exceptionally clean and well-designed. The staff is super friendly and very professional. The free breakfast was the best we have ever had at any other hotel chain. Will definitely stay at Holiday Inn Express locations in the future.

Bathroom sink would not drain properly. Smoke detector battery went out and started chirping at 1 a.m. Blood stain on comforter on day 2 - not ours. Room smelled musty/mildewed and HVAC unit was noisy and ineffective.
