This property was not clean or maintained. I went to the front desk the day before I was scheduled to leave and they stated someone checked me out of my room. I inquired about a refund for night and the General Manager denied my claim. when I informed the front desk my room smelled like smoke, I was met with a puzzled look. The next time I saw the front desk agent she was outside the front entrance smoking a cigarette ! No amount of savings warrant staying at this facility. For your health and safety, choose wisely.

The hotel itself was nice the area around looked a bit run down.

Was booked for a room and found after getting the key that someone was already staying in the room. This is concerning as they overbooked and that someone else can get keys to your room as a mistake which was blamed on a different shift. The service desk was unable to do anything (check for rooms or refund my bill without calling assistant general manager)

I reserved a room with two beds, but there was only one and they said they didn’t have any other rooms. And then my brother also reserved a room, but the room they gave him already had someone in it. Ended up going to another hotel and will never stay there again.
