Property has been refreshed. The common areas are clean. The room was clean but felt damp. Kept the air conditioner going and that was fine. The hotel appears to be understaffed, but the manager was very prompt when asked for towels, etc.

Was overall a good stay but…. The room reeked of mildew and mold. We had to open up the window but it still didn’t rid the smell.

The room they gave me per the room i booked reaked of mildew, I mean AWFUL. I went right back to the front and requested a new room. I was told i would have to pay extra since the room choice I booked was maxed and no more were available except for suites. I had to pay extra to upgrade to a suite because it was nonrefundable and I dont feel that was right. It was late, I was tired. I was moved from the moldy first floor room to the third. Aside from the smell of the first floor room and the non draining tub in the suite, the hotel was clean.

My overall stay was mediocre. My room was not cleaned and the smell when I entered was horrible. The tub had a dirty ring around it. There was no tissue, soap, nor was there any washcloths and towels in the bathroom.

I booked 2 king rooms. Upon checking in we were given queen rooms. I asked for a king but was told none were available. The management was unwilling to negotiate or budge. I was told I could cancel but that was the only action available. I am not pleased with the results😬

My fiends and I booked 3 rooms over the KY derby weekend. 2 of the 3 smelled of smoke and even though we had the windows open and air purifier going, could not get rid of the smell. Rooms had spacious fridge, decent tv, great water pressure but old doors that stuck. Painting needs to be touched up and rooms were very noisy. Walls seemed paper thin. The redeeming quality of this hotel was its proximity to Starbucks and convenience stores and its very kind and accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. The staff was great, Hotel was not. I won’t stay here again.
