Hotel was very nice. Tried to call front desk between 930 - 10pm. No answer. If there is an emergency you are on your own after 10pm.

We absolutely do have staff at our hotel 24/7, and after looking into your situation, I was able to find out that the front desk agent had stepped away to assist a few other guests during that time. This hotel is very nice, and our kids loved the pool. The restaurants on site were great.

Wonderful place to stay. Clean, exceptional staff, and a beautiful room and bathroom. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved the area and walkability from downtown Louisville. Hotel staff were amazing and attentive. Hotel was very clean.
