The idea of having this motel and restaurant was a dream and every effort has clearly been made to bring this dream to reality. The town of Louisburg is struggling but North Star Suites is a diamond, especially for anyone visiting Fortress Louisburg which is in sight from the waterside rooms. The restaurant is also really top notch. We hated to leave.

Freshest seafood I have ever eaten and the most amazing seafood chowder I have ever eaten. Rooms are beautiful and we had an ocean view.

Really beautiful room. Very well done. Staff was all very friendly, we even ate in the restaurant on the property and it was very lovely.
