The restaurant, bar, and coffee shop had good options. Overall we had a great experience. Location was perfect, we walked out and saw the London Eye and Westminster Bridge."

"We love this hotel we always stay there when we go to London we go to London about two times a year. We have clients for a few years. The general manager Judith always treated us great and Jake at the front desk is amazing."

"My family and I had a great time at this hotel. They really went all out for the kids for Christmas including having a play room for the kids open until 8 pm! It’s a huge room! Speaking of, we had two rooms. One room was more modern than the other. One complaint is one room only had European outlets while the other had both. The rooms are a decent suze. We didn’t stay there much so it was fine. This hotel is located near to Vaux Hall which is with exploring itself. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the London Eye/Big Ben. The best part though is the staff. Every single staff member, including those who brought us room service (which we ordered almost every day) was polite and friendly. Marc checked us in and was very friendly and helpful. We have stayed at Park Plaza Westminster before and that location is extremely close to the London eye (5 mins or so), but I think staff here is friendlier and it also feels less touristy. Great stay and we will be back! "
