"The Sheraton was fantastic. The club rooms were awesome with one exception. The pillows felt lumpy like bags with wadded up socks. Otherwise, it was great. "

"The hotel itself was amazing, beautiful pool and room! Loved the water falls right by the elevators! So therapeutic! They also had an amazing breakfast buffet! Everything was delicious! Only thing we didn’t appreciate is that despite paying in cash when we were done eating at the buffet, they still charged our room and we found out during check out! They claimed that they will fix it and that they will grant the proper refund and they just needed more communication in that part but other wise, this hotel/resort is 10/10! "

"We had the pleasure of staying at the Fiesta Americana Hotel, and we must say we had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with smiles and friendly hola's from the staff. One of the highlights of our stay was the day of my birthday. Breakfast, I was surprised with a Happy Birthday dessert plate with a couple of the staff singing. During dinner, Danae, the super friendly hostess, kindly took away our menus and said we have something that isn't on the menu being made special for me. A beautiful work of art 3 course meal with Chef Ramiro coming out each time to present the dishes. It was such a pleasant surprise and they genuinely wanted to make my birthday super special and enjoyable. Special thanks to Veronica, Javier, Patricia, Jaime and Isela for also making our stay wonderful! Nice to have so many different restaurants to choose from and made it super easy to book reservations on their app. The food was delicious, with a menu that offered a variety of options to suit all tastes. Our favorite restaurant was an Italian restaurant called Rosato. The Hotel also provides excellent facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a relaxing spa. We particularly enjoyed spending time by the beautiful outdoor pool, where you would be able to be greeted by some resident peacocks and iguana's. We highly recommend this hotel. We look forward to returning in the future!"
