We stayed in the hummingbird suite and it was breathtaking. The staff was friendly, helpful and responsive. The drinks were very yummy and the pool’s temperature was perfect. We had one in our room also and it was also great. I can’t stop raving about this place. Our favorite boutique hotel so far."

"We love this hotel and have stayed here three times. We deeply regret their decision to become an all inclusive this Spring. Puerto Vallarta is a great place to go out to eat and enjoy the town, we are not interested in staying in the hotel all the time or paying for food we wont eat. "We stayed here 5 nights 6 days, and everything was amazing. From the check in drinks to the staff being very nice and helpful. Restaurant food was to die for. (make sure you make reservations, or the staff can make it for you. Buffet restaurant has good selection as well. Rooms were very clean. Housekeepers did an as mazing job every day. We will definitely stay here again and recommended families with kids. The only bad thing I could say is the pool water warm...
