Una excelente atencion, excelente servicio, las personas muy amables y atentas todo el tiempo pendiente de q necesitas las instalaciones muy comodas y hermosas, Maria en la reception , joel en el bar , cesar , joely ,,alejandra y muchos mas q no tengo presente su nombre ,pero son muy lindas personas nos trataron muy bien y quedamos felices de esta estadia volveremos pronto

The building is aged. It’s advertised as a CASINO, but none exists.

Located in a very centric area, where you can shop, eat, exercise in a safe environment. The staff is amazing always ready to serve. Maria and Carlos at the front desk had always a smile for me and helped me with all my needs.

Leaks from roof/rain. Careful coming with US/Canada laptop as the hotel doesn't have 3-pronged plugs is some rooms..Réception staff wasn't very knowledgeable. Tried charging me for an extra guest that I never had and knew nothing about. Besides that, ok.

Deben darle mejor mantenimiento y limpieza a las habitaciones. Hay muchos clientes que los olores fuertes, dulces le provocan migraña e incomodidad, quizás no utilizar tanto para el lobby. El staff fue muy amable.
