Air conditioner in the room was not cooling at all. It has been a week and my deposit has not been returned to my account. Otherwise beautiful suite, elevator was broken .

Front desk was great nice friendly. Got booked in a dirty room and they fixed it no problem. Breakfast was terrible! Waited forever! Went at 7:40 and there was nothing they were still cooking. Staff serving breakfast was rude not to us but to other people telling people “you already had some you can wait” someone spending good money on a nice room shouldn’t be treated this way. Won’t be booking at this place again.

This property is disgusting. It is filled with black mold. Do not stay here.

At first glance the property appears well taken care of however once you settle in, you quickly notice issues regarding cleanliness and maintenance.

Saw pictures of the place and felt in love, arrived and it was completely different. Location was not well maintain, parking was dirt, front desk was not helpful. Hotel rooms were disgusting, minkid tooknoff his socks and started running, his feet became soo blacn from the dirt. I asked front desk to please send someone to mop, they said the next day they weere going to send someone, they never did. Floors were dirty throughout my stay

This is disgusting. It is still with black mold. Do not stay here.

Lights wouldnt work, they would randomly switch on and off. The bathroom didnt even have a curtain or a shower handle to shower. Beds were clean. Staff did offer a different room but when we went it was the same light situation. Low price but we do get what we pay.
