It was my first time in California, and this hotel did not disappoint—excellent staff and accommodation.

Easy to find from interstate. surrounding areas where nice. Parking was a pain as scanning my key wasnt always easy.
Checkin was a disaster as room especially the beds in 2 rooms had many stains and was told no other rooms available and could cancel if we like, not that easy when you would lose your money. Given back one nights stay of accommodation plus complementary breakfast which to be honest wasnt the best as done on a pricing scale at least water was free!!

The front desk agent who checked me in made a concerted effort to note that because I booked through Expedia, they could not accommodate my request for a room with one bed (I requested a king) and instead gave my husband and I a room with double beds. It feels difficult to imagine a hotel of this size filled to capacity in the one bed rooms, but it did not feel like the desk agent made any effort to try to remedy the inconvenience and rather made me feel like I had made some sort of error.

Centrally located between Old Town Pasadena and the business district. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, City Hall etc... The staff is kind.

Nice place. Shopping plaza was very close. Quiet. I would stay here again.

Friendly and attentive staff and a stellar location in central downtown Pasadena. Rooftop pool and fitness center are fantastic (and 24hours!), and would benefit from functioning spa. Breakfasts were served up with care and attention to detail. I look forward to our next stay.
