I enjoyed the dining options as well as the spa, gift shop and hair/nail salon.

The hotel was totally unprepared for our convention of 2000 people. There were hour long waits for food service. They were understaffed. They consistently ran out of food and beverages. The LA Prime restaurant overcooked the sea bass and the drinks were poorly made. The only saving grace was that the rooms were comfortable.

Good location close to Metro Union Station, the bed is terrific, very comfortable. The building is a bit old.

The lobby was gorgeous! The rotating restaurant at the top was so cool! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind.

The place is good to stay but the restaurants did not have good service and food!
