Everything was great but the lack of hot water

The property was modern and in a great location downtown. It was walkable to the metro, but in a location that allowed it to still be relaxing and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The accessible standard rooms are not really accessible except for the bathroom. The door is hard to open, the bed is high, there isn't enough space for the wheelchair to go on the side of the bed (maybe it can on one side), it is hard to reach the blinds to open them and they are broken and need an engineer to help open and close them for you. Even in the bathroom, one of the bars is on a rough wall. So you need to be careful when grabbing the bar not to hurt/scratch your fingers.
BUT the staff are so professional and they tried addressing all my complains. They lowered the bed for me, they moved me to a studio to have more space for my wheelchair without extra charge and they accomodated free room sercice for getting food to my room.
The reason I am giving this a 3 is because the room was not accessible for me as a person on a wheelchair.

We stayed two nights to see a game at crypto. Easy to walk to the arena, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was tasty and portions were large.
Room was clean and bathroom was spacious.
However noise from the street was easily heard.

The room was very clean and the breakfast layout was GREAT. The bed and pillows were amazing. The air conditioning operation was easy to manage and worked properly. Although the 4 lockers is a good idea if tenants are not friends, there is not enough countertop space; shelves in the bathroom would be a good idea. One of the window shades was non-operational, but we hung a comforter over the side of the top bunk. The staff looked very professional and were very nice. Thank you!

The room was a bit misleading in size. It had a smell to it. No fridge. It was ok. Notnthe best but not the worst.

The regular accessible rooms are not actually accessible except for the bathroom. Each room I switched to had 1-2 things broken.
