We were excited to stay here for my daughter’s 21st birthday. The room was mediocre at best, the food was not fantastic and the drinks were limited and horribly overpriced. Half the items on the menu were unavailable and the staff just looked at you instead of helping us. We sat down in the Tropicana bar and eventually had to get up to ask for help as the bartender was on his phone. The room was ok, lots of noise from the ac outside and the maids knocked on our door every morning at 8am even though the do not disturb sign was on the door. We even had it locked and they tried to come in

I had a two day stay and when I checked in, they conveniently did not tell me they were closing the pool all day the only full day I was there. There are many nice hotels in that area, and I would not have stayed there if adequately notified.

Staff is phenomenal. You will definitely get the old school hotel experience that was the standard before corporate take over of the industry promised profits over people.
