Affordable, friendly, unfussy and wonderfully located -- right across the street from CBS Television City (if you have reason to visit the studio) and about a block to the swanky The Grove shops and the historic Farmer's Market and restaurants.

The location is great, with complimentary breakfast provided. The property is old, air condition is noisy and hard to get a good sleep. It has a very narror underground parking.

Rooms and hotel in general very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking not so good,…,basement and outside oarking very tight and narrow.

Stayed for four nights and while the premises could use an upgrade and the room was small, the location was great and the staff was excellent and accommodating to deal with! Breakfast was included which was a welcome surprise, thank you!

Great location. Property not in the best shape, but the rooms were clean and rates were a great value compared to other local options
