The Air Conditioner in our $400 /night room did not work. Front seat staff was not responsive and offered us a fan. Room was very hot and could not sleep. In addition, housekeeping did not make up room. Front desk staff said they have broken A/Cs in many rooms. Completely dissatisfied. The front staff also said they couldn’t help us because we booked through Expedia.

We really enjoyed our visit. The location is nice. Restaurants are within walking distance. We have a beautiful view of the mountains, however we are right next to the freeway so there is some noise. The couch in our room is showing a lot of wear and will need replacing soon. Breakfast was very good!

My son and I had a great stay at the Residence Inn. Everyone was very friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. We were also able to walk to many restaurants and stores.
