Dear Shokhrukhbek, for any wrongdoing we apologize, but rest assured that our linen is professionally cleaned by an out of house vendor. They have the highest quality, and we use them as an approved vendor.In any case, please let the front desk agent know of any trouble at check in or at any time of your stay so we can make it right. Once you are checked out, the internet can't fix what was wrong. Give us the chance to make things right.

The 2 older gentlemen who work there, one on the front desk and the other who serves up breakfast everyday, were so nice. Answered all of our questions about the area, buses, etc. with a smile. We enjoyed our little chats with them as we were coming and going from the hotel. Amazing guys!

The room kinda stinks. The only good thing about this hotel is that it’s really close to the hollywood walk of fame but other than that, I wouldn’t recommend this one.
