I slept and ate and showered with several roaches. The carpet was ripped in spots, especially the threshold which could be tripped on. The shower, with its rain like nozzle, hardly gets the job done. All in all, I would never get a room there again, especially not for $178 a freaking night!

Extra towels were hard to come by. The shower was always leaking hot water, which caused everything in the bathroom to be wet.

During our stay, we had a few issues such as the keys not working 4 times in our 3-day stay. Room service not being done even with an in-person request the day before, pubic hair in the face towel, what appeared to be a drop of dried blood on the top sheet, and dirt with spider webs in the window of the bathroom shower. The vending machine took our money and the chips got stuck which wouldn't be a big deal but the chips cost $4 per bag. The sweet girl at the desk offered some that she had behind the desk but my kiddo with Autism was set on the selection he had made in the vending machine. Sirens every night/late morning dogs barking right outside the window. I will however say that the saving grace for this experience was the amiable and overly apologetic staff who did the best they could with the resources they had. Their customer service made it impossible to be upset even after wiping my face with a towel that had somebody else's pubic hair on it. Seriously though, the desk agents were all top-notch with hospitality.

Pool was closed due to beehive, coffee machine out of service for a week and you could hear every step taken by guests staying in the room above. Plus the desk staff had to be asked to restock breakfast options. It was clear staff wasn’t concerned with a quality stay for its guests. Would not purposefully stay here again.

Staff were pleasant. No airport shuttle on Sunday, so I walked from the airport. Glad I was able to in place of nowadays pricey alternate transportation.

This was perfect for what my family of four needed. The room came with a microwave and fridge which is a huge plus for traveling with kids. There was also a tub and the bed was comfy. I had a hard time sleeping as there was a lot of noise outside the room and outside the hotel. But overall good experience.
