No room service, yes let me say that again they DO NOT OFFER any room service and have limited times they have even food available. The staff was rude about this and quite unfriendly.

Older hotel that has been restored beautifully. Area was quiet. Valet was excellent. Check in was easy. Breakfast options were meh for the cost. Lots of restaurants options around. Would definitely stay again.

I’m disappointed about the lack of customer service by the woman who checked me in. She was not friendly and put me in a room that smelled and it was overlooking a roof with a noisy AC unit. I came back down to the lobby to switch rooms and had better service by someone else. It was just odd that she offered other people directions about WiFi access, directions to the elevator and a welcome water bottle to them, but not me. Just not a good experience for me.

The staff was very nice, the historic details were really cool to see, the room was beautiful and in great condition! Our only complaint was that we couldn’t use the jacuzzi or steam room because they were out of order. The pool was so nice!!
