It was a good hotel. Not the nicest, the rooms are a bit outdated but other than that it was a great stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby was nice. All in all it was a great experience

Clean rooms. Nice staff. Allowed me to check in 1 hour early. Free breakfast. Nothing special but nice waffles. Coffee was nice too. The area was very safe. The bus (70) was just across the street. It takes you directly to downtown Los Angeles, Little Tokyo. Several museums.

The staff is welcoming. The equipment is a bit old but clean. Overall the stay was comfortable. The breakfast was rich and the service was good.

We stayed here hoping it would be better than our last stay. I will say the room was cleaner this time. The restroom wreaked of cigarette smoke. The refrigerator wasn’t working, and the window would not close all the way. The elevator also had duct tape on the doors. I love the location of this property. It is so close to why we visit the city in the first place.

The area around the hotel is a sort of Asian Town (which no problem at all!), but I was surprised. With that said, the area felt extremely clean and safe which was one of my top concerns. The beds were a bit harder for my liking and the walls felt paper thin and could hear a lot more than I would have preferred in the middle of the night and that’s taking into consideration that I am partially deaf. Breakfast options had the traditional eggs, make your own waffle and cereal options as well as some Asian options. I apologize but I did not recognize the language on the signs otherwise I’d be more specific but that’s no problem. It was great seeing it around the area and around the hotel.
