I used to live in that area in Whittier I stayed there before it's a good area a lot of places to eat and quiet no problem no trouble

I’m glad you liked staying at our property. Quietness is our first priority. This is the reasons we don’t allowed visitors at our property. After 10 pm, no loud music or big gatherings.

#203 has a lot of unknown bugs… I got more than 200 bites from the room #203

We have removed the room from renting other customers. Thank you for your feedback. We will make sure next customer doesn’t face same issues that’s why we will not rent that room until bugs removed from the room and we are changing carpet in that room. Now on, there will be wood floor. Thank you for reviewing.

This property is a good budget-friendly choice in Whittier, California. My family and I stayed for a family event and the location was convenient for us and the price did not break the bank either. The area around the hotel is not the best, but we recognize that we were only there to sleep at night while the rest of the day we were out doing activities. The only complaint I would have that is out of the hotel’s control is the noise you hear at night with the constant traffic, but other than that it is a solid choice for a short term stay.

We do have our couples room closed to roadside. Unfortunately, firefighters passed by our property often because of firefighter location is closed to our property. From other customers experience mostly our property is quiet besides road noises.

We are working on keeping our room fresh. Unfortunately, smoking room will smell little bit because of heavy smoke by previous customers. In our best service we try to keep room open for while after cleaning rooms.
