Elevator system was ridiculous. Checkin on Floor 70. Every single ride up to your room even in on floor 52 or 5, required a stop on Floor 70 to transfer. No complimentary water. Had to call daily for housekeeping and out of 7 days, coffee only refilled twice and NO CUPS OR STIR STICKS. Nice looking hotel but would not recommend

Chantel at the Front Desk was very kind, even offered to take pictures of us in the night-sky. Great hotel, would highly recommend.
