What a stunning hotel! Everything was incredible, the staff was welcoming and helpful, the art was gorgeous, the food was delicious, the restaurant staff were wonderful too. I loved the beautiful plants all around, it felt so light and airy. The cheese board was out of this world at the bar, too! Will definitely be going back

I love the everything about this hotel from check in to checkout, the amazing staff and great service. Definitely coming back to stay when I’m back in DTLA.

The bed needs replacement; soft and overused.
The hotel charges a $30 "Destination Fee" for internet water bottle in the room, use of gym, etc. which should be included in the daily room price.

The entire staff gave off an extremely friendly and helpful vibe. The lounge, bar and restaurant were top notch. I would definitely stay here again.
