They don’t care about customer getting their early, no hospitality on getting room ready earlier or getting another room that would be ready

Staff are very nice and helpful. Building is pretty old, carpet old and smelly. Room is clean. Location is convenient to shops, beaches, lots of choice restaurants.

The hotel charges the high rates for the location and convenience to the beach. The hotel is in dire need of upgrades. The shower and sink both clogged and took a really long time to drain. The rooms do not have carpet so we woke to LOUD footsteps of the people walking back and forth from the floor above. The TVs cable did not work so we did not use the TV. The walls had dust all above the walls above the beds (no one is dusting) so having such a late check in at 4 was nuts. The girls working the desk were pleasant and friendly.

Staff was wonderful. Efficient, knowledgeable and so friendly. Cannot beat the location. I ended up leaving some of my luggage on the sidewalk on departure and the bellman saw my name and knew I left it behind! He safely stored it.

The room is a bit smaller than I anticipated. But overall, the location of the hotel is excellent. Appreciate that is so walkable to many restaurants, beach and shopping.
