The hotel itself was like an oasis amidst a sketchy neighborhood. Loved that the parking lot was gated and felt safe. The area surrounding it was definitely not a "walk around and see what there is to do/see/eat" kind of vibe.
The hotel is obviously old but refurbished. It was nice but not the cleanest. The staff was lovely.

I found a roach when we were leaving. I reported it to staff just to make them aware and the responded with they will exterminate.
Other than that it was a nice hotel to stay in. Nice pool area

I have stayed two times in the last 4 months. I really like it. If you have the bath tubs and are short it is a climb to get in. 😆Walk in shower was nice.
