One of the more dated Four Seasons I’ve stayed at. However, the staff were excellent and it was located in a lovely area.

I have visited many Four Seasons hotels that have always been amazing in every way. I had just flown back from Tokyo where I also stayed at the Four Seasons Otemachi, and was expecting the same high quality Four Seasons service I have encountered in other cities. I have been to about 10 other Four Season hotels as a regular customer of this chain. This Beverly Hills Four Seasons is very dated; the staff isn’t as welcoming; the service and food at the restaurant was terrible. I was very disappointed with the overall experience.
