Bad customer service, they transfer our room to another property but we hv question that she can’t answer? She just told us to go to other property that’s where they transfer our reservation to? She was not friendly. She looks like she doesn’t want to help anyone?

Worst Stay of my LIFE. NOT SAFE

There is no doubt. THIS IS MY WORST HOTEL STAY OF MY LIFE. 1. Staff Unprofessional. Not ready help. I have booked a double bedroom (xxxxxxxxxx7296) and they provided me 2 single bedrooms which are located on different sides of the hotel. I went there with my kids. and it is very difficult to manage in different rooms. I have requested them, how is this possible when I have a confirmed reservation. But they refused to provide me a double bedroom. And they are not even ready to listen. They said you booked on a 3rd party portal, and it is not guaranteed. After spending some time with them, I don’t have any other option except to accept 2 singles rooms. I was given 2 room keys. When I entered one room along with my kids. I found luggage of someone else. and I realized that someone is already staying in that room. They shared gave another set of rooms on the 2nd floor, which are in different sides of the hotel. and it was very difficult to manage in such a room with the kids. Looking at the conditions of the hotel we were not very comfortable to leave kids in a different room. 2. Hotel is NOT CLEAN at all. Rooms are NOT CLEAN. It smells like a Smoking area. we brought this to the hotel reception notice but they were not helpful and refused to change the rooms. 3. It smells smoke everywhere. Main Lobby, Corridor, LIFT and inside Rooms. 4. Not a Family Friendly Place with Kids. I have seen women trying to attract people and few dizzy people in the hallways and in parking lot.

Per the Front Desk Clerk, this business is closing due to foreclosure and was not supposed to accept my reservation through a 3rd party (Expedia). Now I am responsible for getting a refund from Expedia.

I booked this hotel through expedia when i got there the receptionist said they were booked and there were no more rooms for us to stay in.

Do not stay here.

I’m not even sure where to begin. Tried to check in three times during the day. Finally I was told they didn’t have a room for us. This was supposed to be a two week stay for my family. Pulled up and it looks like a step up from a homeless camp. People have pets living in their rooms. Drugs and fighting. It was far below the standard of the typical hotels for longer stays. Had to find a place for my family to stay for two weeks very last minute. Do not stay here.

Don’t stay at here!!!

I booked a room for 2 nights and I got to the hotel and the rooms was full. So I had to go to other hotel which was very inconvenient. There people drinking and smoking in the parking lot selling drugs etc
