We loved this hotel for our 6 days there. My biggest complaint was expressed at check-out and that was no one refreshed room the entire time there. We even removed the do not disturb signs when we left for the day and they still did not come in. This should not have mattered anyway, the last time we stayed at a hotel long in California had a policy regardless of the signs they came in to inspect the room and clean as necessary. The hotel lobby was always busy with guest and we had to bother the front desk person for towels and stuff and we felt bad because they already looked overwhelmed. We also felt bad there was a group of people there that made a mess in the lobby and expected the hotel to clean it up which we thought was disrespectful. I didn’t let this affect my review score because it was an easily accessible hotel, that was clean, had friendly employees and was just perfect for our stay. We used the outdoor grills a few times and was able to cook delicious meals from our room. They said they were going to give me points to make up for the lack of service to our rooms because we booked through Expedia and there wasn’t anything they could do to help us there. I would definitely stay here and recommend this place.

I reserved 2 rooms both with king size beds, I even did the online check in as soon as I got the email so that I would be guaranteed the type of room I booked. I get to the location around 7pm and I'm told they no longer have a room with a King size bed 1 room will be a king bed the other room will be 2 queen size beds, obviously not what I wanted or I would of booked that from the beginning. I ask to speak to a manager to which to my surprised the guy I'm speaking too Robert is the front office manager. Not only does he not care that I'm upset with the outcome but basically tells me that because I booked through Expedia I'm not guaranteed the type of room I booked. He was no help at all and really didn't care about what I had to say and basically it was my problem. I took every measure I could on my end to be guaranteed the type of rooms I had booked which I explained to Roberts however the answer I got from him was that basically its my problem. Everything else was great very clean, good parking convenient and quiet however Roberts customer service is awful and if you don't care about your room style changing then not a big deal, unfortunately for me I do care about the bed being a certain type of bed. I will think twice before coming back here again since booking ahead and checking in early is not a guaranteed of what I paid for.

Only reason I have a poor rating was because they over booked. And I wasn't able to stay at the hotel after reservations were made and was notified day of. But they did give me a complementary stay at another hotel, which was nice of them. But hotel was 10 min away and it wasn’t the same room as I had reserved. Reason I booked there was because we were going to a concert at the arena across the street from the hotel. Besides this hotel was very nice from what I saw and person at the front desk was nice as well.

Staff was friendly, room was clean however I requested room service for the 3 days we were there and that was not satisfied. A bit loud from the nearby Toyota center.
