The property had a horrid smell in the rooms and the rooms were very unclean. When reported that the carpets were wet and that was creating the horrid smell we were told they had no rooms and could not help us. No one tried to fix the issue or even try dry and clean it up it was ignored. I found this absolutely unacceptable. We had booked to take my mom to see the sights in LA after a long flight from SA, to be treated this badly.

I enjoyed my seven night stay, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very handy for metro,bus and train to the airport. The staff were friendly,and the service was fantastic, I would book this hotel again without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay, the room was nice and clean, we had a great night sleep & the staff were helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay again soon. Thank you.
