Check in lady is really nice. But the property is so old, dirty. Staff on strike. No service, no pool towels, when we get in the room, the toilet was not even cleaned. Big Poo stained!!! Fridge is not working, some of electrical outlets on the wall is not working. Call them, no body come, wait forever… overall, terrible customer service for 300per night!

Was not impressed at all. We were charge through visa 800 dollars even though our reservation through Expedia was $212. That got sorted out (We hope when we checked out today-ha e to check my visa). The other thing which we were really annoyed about was the fact that there were protests from workers outside the hotel, which Had people walking around blowing horns, banging drums, shouting and screaming, and this is really not something we want to hear during during breakfast time. They were also very loud the night before. This had been going on since July but no advance warning was given and quite frankly we wouldn’t have booked if we knew about this. Room was also not up to standards. It was dated, worn, wallpaper peeling off walls, toilet seat loose and missing hardware and rusty shower fixtures

Close location to the Cruise Centre and the hotel shuttle there was a nice surprise

Proper was great. just the noise around and at check-in desk. Strike was making thing uncomfortable.

We arrived to find a labour dispute at the front door with a large group of people with megaphones and drums making so much noise it was unbearable. Evidently it had been going on for months. They finished their dispute at 6:00 pm and started again at 7:00 am the next morning. The hotel is so remote that we could not easily go elsewhere or eat elsewhere. We feel we should have been told about this before we arrived.

Everything was great until we were awakened in the middle of the night to what sounded like a party in the next room. The people were extremely loud and kept us up for a while. When we finally got back to sleep we were awakened again by a very loud picket line just outside the door. The staff was kind and gave us a free breakfast and we were very grateful. Unfortunately upon arriving home we found out we are being charged by the hotel and we don't know for what. We didn't purchase anything and the hotel wouldn't help us figure out what the charges are for. As of now I'm still waiting to hear back from Expedia to clarify these charges.

However, we did get a chance to look at your reservation and seen the only charge on your card besides the room +tax which was Prepaid is Parking there are no other charges. I do see we also took care of you and your guests the morning of with breakfast on us. We hope you will consider us again for your future stays. .
