Overall, not a bad experience. However, there were a couple of things that would have made the experience a lot more enjoyable. For example, no matter how much we lowered the AC, it would not budge and remain warmer at night. We also requested extra bath towels and were told we needed to walk all the way back to the lobby to pick up as they were short staffed. Nevertheless, as said before, we would stay there again. The grounds and pool area were nice and clean. Location was convenient to Convention Center and a few dining options in and around the hotel.

Great restaurant, nightclub, and other amenities. Beautiful courtyard pool area. Resident house cat who likes to hang out in the courtyard.
My only complaint would be the elevators. The inspection card in every elevator I entered expired in 2022, meaning that they have gone 3 years without an annual inspection. I used the stairs whenever possible.

I love the fact that the staff were so welcoming and helpful. The next time I go I will have to stay here again to experience the lounge that I know that they had and also to actually sit down and have dinner as opposed to in my room but I was very satisfied with this property and yes I would recommend it to anyone. Beautiful
