Sean like a shortage of towels, and they need to be able to clean better keep finding hair in the bathroom specially in the towels not a bad place just need little improvement

I made a reservation in the late evening. I tried getting in touch with the front desk to let them know what time I’d be coming in to ensure they wouldn’t think I was cancelling. I was put on hold 3 times without acknowledgment, over 10 minutes each time. I finally get there and I’m told my reservation was cancelled and to call in the morning. I have called twice and left a message on the voicemail.

We would like to apologize for not meeting your expectations with hotels check in process.Unfortunately, our system automatically marks a reservation as a NO SHOW at 2:30am if guest has not arrived to check in. Their is nothing our GSAs can do to prevent this form happening. We are sorry you missed the properties check in deadline and how this was an inconvinience. Thank you for your feedback.

I’m at three shifts of staff and all of them were more than cordial and happy. The room Was clean with lots of space. The cookie At chicken was also a nice touch! I would definitely stay here again if I need to be at the airport early
