Asked housekeeping several times to stop by and clean the floors because they were sticky and they never came to fix the beds

Although the lobby area had an unpleasant odor, the rooms were clean, updated and very nice. Very convenient to the airport. You can hear some planes and a train passes behind the hotel, but the noise was not a problem. Great choice of you need to be near Ontario airport. Super friendly staff!

Nice hotel, well suited for long stays, although I just stayed one night. The fridge was loud, however.

When I arrived at this property I was greeted with friendly faces. Each time I went to the front desk, they were attentive to my needs. I will be staying at this property again soon.

The property was very quiet and rooms were very comfy. The only issue we experienced was a smell of smoke inside our room. The manager on duty was notified and had someone spray deodorizer.

Good sized room, loved being able to cook with having fully equipped kitchen also a bonus when it’s a non smoking hotel.
