Jacuzzi room but jacuzzi was out of service. TV sound would turn on and off each time the person upstairs stomped hard or closed their door. Faucet has a small leak that wouldn’t stop. To be fair, you get what you paid for.

The staff was very rude from the moment I walked in. They sit in the office and just watch you. I had two rooms and one of the room doors were very hard to open. One room was clean and appeared a little renovated the other room was the complete opposite. Vending machines and ice machines were broke. There was trash and boxes all over the parking lot making it hard to park.

HI ASHLEY, trash is not ALL over the place like you are saying... We had some boxes that needed to be thrown away because yes we are renovating our rooms. But to say it was hard to park is a complete lie. They are on the side away from all the parking spots except 1. And to say the rooms are a little renovated is also a COMPLETE LIE bathrooms are completely re done rooms have been painted and new skim coat on the walls. There is a night and day difference.... I also have a complaint against you during check in by our staff.

The pool barely exist, parking is an issue, there were stains on the bathtub and sheets, the mini fridge kept making loud noises in the middle of the night, and the towels were rough.
