We always love coming to this hotel, beautiful grounds and very nice comfortable room. Sad we have to sign that we accept a $500 service charge and $10 per day parking fee. Still 3 days later i still haven't received my $500 deposit returned.

Thank you for your loyalty to the Residence Inn Cypress Los Alamitos. We're glad you enjoyed your stay. Typically the security deposit does take 3 to 5 business days to credit back to your card and can depend on if there is a weekend or holiday.

Staff promptly switched us rooms when our AC wouldn’t work.

Breakfast is not good

The Residence Inn Cypress Los Alamitos follows the brand required breakfast which includes scrambled eggs, a breakfast protein such as sausage and bacon, waffles, yogurt and toppings, hot and cold cereals, bagels and english muffins and fresh whole fruit. Comfortable stay. My only recommendation is to get new pillows, the ones in the room would get too flat when you lay your head on them.
