Friendly efficient and professional service levels. Rooms are a bit small. Breakfast very nice. Good location walking distance to train station.

It was OK. Shower not great but rest of the room was clean. There's free parking out the back (not very easy to find but it's there!), staff are friendly. Good neighbourhood for finding a bar or restaurant. Breakfast is ok if it's free (mine wasn't!).

The hotel was centrally located with some limited parking at the rear of the hotel. The location was close to the pedestrian streets and shops with plenty of bars and cafes nearby. Also the inner harbour was a short walk. The lift in the hotel only served two of the four floors so anybody needing assistance needs to specify a lower floor level. The staff were friendly and helpful.
